The S.C. Press Association has a special opportunity for you to increase your visibility before the state’s newspaper industry while supporting our organization. The SCPA Annual Meeting & Awards Presentation offers an unequaled opportunity to reach key decision-makers in our state’s news industry. Our members produce 15 daily newspapers, 69 weekly/monthly newspapers and five online news publications in South Carolina! SCPA’s Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of newspaper personnel in South Carolina each year, and attracts more than 200 publishers, editors and journalists from across the state. It incorporates a variety of educational and networking events including a kick-off party, training sessions, Executive Committee Meeting, Family-Owned Newspaper Breakfast and our highlight event – the News Contest Awards Presentation and Hall of Fame Luncheon, which recognize the best and brightest in S.C. journalism.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Presenting Sponsor •  $5,000
The presenting sponsor is an exclusive sponsorship level. As the presenting sponsor, you will receive your company name and logo recognition as Presenting Sponsor on all promotional materials, including the SCPA website, meeting program, eBulletin newsletter, marketing and social media promotions and press releases about the convention and winners. You will also receive prominent display of your corporate logo at all events; a stand-alone, draped table for materials at the meeting; two tickets to the Awards Luncheon; two tickets to the Thursday night kick-off party; a full page color ad on the back cover of the meeting program, as well as your logo on the program cover; recognition from the podium at the Awards Luncheon; two minutes to speak from the podium at the Awards Luncheon; a 4-week run of a premium positioned leaderboard or large rectangle ad in the SCPA eBulletin weekly newsletter. Presenting sponsor has the opportunity to place company giveaways at each banquet seat. Presenting sponsor will get first right of refusal for the presenting sponsorship of the 2026 Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation.

Diamond Sponsor • $2,500
The diamond sponsor is an exclusive sponsorship level. As diamond sponsor, you will receive your company name and logo recognition as the Diamond Sponsor on all marketing and promotional materials, including the SCPA website, meeting program, newsletter, marketing and social media promotions. Additionally, the diamond sponsor will be the sole beverage sponsor of the meeting, which will include signage on the beverage bars and coffee stations. The diamond sponsor will receive a stand-alone draped table for materials at the Annual Meeting, two tickets to the Awards Luncheon, two tickets to the Thursday night kick-off party, a full page color ad in the Annual Meeting program, recognition from the podium at the awards ceremony, and prominent display of your corporate logo at all events. The diamond sponsor has the opportunity to place company giveaways at each banquet seat. This sponsorship level will also be recognized for 4 weeks in the SCPA eBulletin with your logo that links to your company's website.

Platinum Sponsor • $1,000
Platinum sponsors will receive a stand-alone draped table for materials at the Annual Meeting, one ticket to the Awards Luncheon, one ticket to the Thursday night kick-off party, a full page color ad in the Annual Meeting program, recognition from the podium at the awards ceremony, and prominent display of your corporate logo at all events. Your logo will also be featured on all promotional materials for the Annual Meeting including the SCPA website, meeting program, newsletter, marketing and social media promotions. Platinum sponsors will also be recognized for 4 weeks in the SCPA eBulletin with your logo that links to your company's website.

Gold Sponsor • $500
Gold sponsors will receive a stand-alone draped table for materials at the Annual Meeting, a half-page color ad in the Annual Meeting program, and display of your corporate logo at all events. Your logo will also be featured on all promotional materials for the Annual Meeting including the SCPA website, meeting program, newsletter, marketing and social media promotions. Gold sponsors will also be recognized for 4 weeks in the SCPA eBulletin with your logo that links to your company's website.

Silver Sponsor • $350
Silver sponsors will receive a quarter-page color ad in the Annual Meeting program. Your logo will also be featured on all promotional materials for the Annual Meeting including the SCPA website, meeting program, newsletter, marketing and social media promotions. Silver sponsors will also be recognized for 4 weeks in the SCPA eBulletin with your logo that links to your company's website. (Please note that this sponsorship level does not include a table in the prefunction area of the Annual Meeting.)
